Check-in and Check-out

You can check in from 3 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: in July and August, check-in is from 4 p.m.

You will find these instructions in your confirmation email, which you will receive after making your reservation. Shortly before your arrival, you will also receive an arrival email with all the necessary information for your stay.

You must have vacated the accommodation by 09:30.

On Sundays, the latest check-out time is 6 p.m.

Internet

Please refer to the desired accommodation for this information. During your stay, you will find the WiFi password in the information folder located in the accommodation.

PLEASE NOTE! The internet connection in your holiday home is provided by the owner, and therefore BHVK Leisure cannot be held responsible for malfunctions, limitations and/or unstable connections.

If internet is availabe in the accommodation, you can use this free of charge, unless otherwise stated.

Booking

Additional persons must be registered in advance with Leisure Time. This is in connection with the tourist tax and the purchase of additional bed linen packages (mandatory for all persons aged 3 years and older). Please note! It is not permitted to accommodate more guests than the maximum number of persons for which your holiday home is suitable

Occasionally, outside of the busy high season, it is possible to arrive and depart on a different day. Please contact the Leisure Time Booking Centre to discuss the options.

Children

You can find this on the tab Features. If these are not present in the property, you always have the possibility to order these extra when booking. You can do this in your Leisure Time account or by contacting the Leisure Time Booking Centre.

No, for all persons aged 3 years and older is linen available for children under 3 years of age you may reorder extra linen.

Inventory

For your desired accommodation (online), you can see what is available at the accommodation under the heading ‘Features’.

If bicycles are mentioned at the accommodation, BHVK Leisure can not guarantee that these bikes are in good condition.BHVK Leisure takes no responsibility for bicycles.

Only electric barbecues are permitted. These are not provided as standard at the accommodation. You can enquire in advance with BHVK Leisure about the options for renting a Weber Q2400 barbecue.

Please note: Barbecues from BHVK Leisure must be cleaned by the tenant after use.

Payments

If you want a binding reservation you must make a (remit) payment using one of the online payment options.

If the period of arrival is longer than 3 months, you can make a down payment first. The remaining amount (excluding the deposit) must be paid 2 months before arrival. If you make a reservation within 3 months, you must pay the entire booking amount (excluding the deposit). The deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.

The second payment must be made 56 days before the start of your stay. You will receive a reminder by email In time. You can also find this information when you are logged in at your Leisure Time account under ‘My Bookings’.

Pets

For each property listed on our website, it is indicated whether dogs are allowed in the holiday home or not. You can search for accommodations where pets are allowed. Select ‘pets allowed’ in the search field.

Yes, additional charges apply per (maximum permitted) pet. The additional charges will be stated during the booking process.

Depending on the owner of the accommodation, 1 dog or several dogs are allowed. Check the specific accommodation to see how many dogs are permitted.

In the holiday home, you will find our black folder containing important information, including the house rules for pets.

Dogs are not allowed to do their business in the garden or along the access road. If this does happen, you must dispose of the dog waste.

No, cats are not allowed in the accommodations.

Sprielderbosch is a very popular park. Houses are not often for sale there.
